It was raining lightly, but it was a warm day.

When I opened the lid of Sukekiyo No.1, there were a slightly strong putrid odor.

Some ingredients retain their original appearance, but their color has changed to that of soil.

It may be ready for use soon.

This time as well, I stirred Sukekiyo No.1 well and covered it with a lid.

Sukekiyo No.2 still has onions skins intact, and it appears that it has not rotted and decomposed.

As usual, I cut up the food waste from Yaneura curry 306 in Sannomiya, Kobe and put it there.

It's getting warmer day by day, so I'm looking forward to it.
