Scent slightly smelly
The temperature inside the compost box is low compared to the air temperature and the temperature inside the soil.
I wonder if it's because the food waste contains water.
Although I am pessimistic that the temperature has not risen, a slightly different phenomenon was also observed.
A scent came out.
Last time I opened the lid, the main scent was onion, but this time I smelled a little alcohol.
I put a lid on Sukekiyo No.1 without adding any new food waste.
This time, I am only add food waste without adding soil.
I am for pure culture.
The weather was fine that day and I felt very comfortable.
