Temperature 18℃
Inside the compost box / No.1 18℃ / No.2 18℃
Inside soil 20℃
Humidity 73%
Scent / No.1 putrid odor similar to miso / No.2 A little onion smell
→Sukekiyo No.1
The temperature inside the compost box does not rise.
According to a book I read at the library, it said that the temperature inside the compost box increase and the food waste decomposes.
Inside, it was 18℃, the same as the temperature.
Water contain must be reduced.
So, I decided to add dry soil.
I would like to collect the dry soil, mix it up, and leave it alone again.
→Sukekiyo No.2
The temperature of Sukekiyo No.2 does not rise either.
The rise bran added last time is still visible.
By the touch, I don't think there's much moisture in it, so I'll leave it as is.
Once again, I received food waste from YaneuraCurry306 in Sannomiya, Kobe, and cut small pieces.
I haven't gotten the results I expected, but I hope this will resolve itself with timeThat's all for today's work.
