Temperature 12℃
Underground temperature 7℃
Compost internal temperature 10℃
Humidity 43%
Almost no odor
Does the fact that there is no odor mean that you are happy?
That's not really the case.
There's no reason why fermentation doesn't produce a smell.
It looks like the temperature will be low next week.
This means that the possibility of fermentation progressing is low.
Originally,
I don't want to modify it as much as possible.
Discussed with member Mrs. yaneuracurry (@yaneuracurry306)
I decided to make it more detailed.
Take out two batches of food scraps and use kitchen scissors to shred them into small pieces.
Using scissors is surprisingly difficult and being a barber is amazing.
What would you do if a crow attacked you while hunting for food scraps?
What should you do if the juice splashes on your face the moment you cut up some garbage?
I spent about an hour thinking about this.
I finished the trip regretting not bringing a chair because of the pain in my lower back.
I'll be happy if it gets warmer and fermentation progresses.
I stare blankly at the field, wondering if that's the case.
I can't come up with a good idea, so I'm done with this day's work.
Next time, there will be plenty of free space.
I would like to make ridges there and prepare to grow some kind of crops.
