Recently, there have been many rainy and windy days,
and there have been days when the temperature has not risen.
So, I opened the lid without any expectations,
Wow, White particles appear.
On cloud nine!!!
I think this is the effect of the rice bran I added the other day.
When I asked Google teacher, it seems that the white particles are a phenomenon caused by the proliferation of a fungus called membrane yeast.
Has this started to decompose!?
I suddenly felt motivated and put effort into cutting food waste into smaller pieces with scissors.
